Responsible for providing technology such as collating and verifying data from multiple sources, assisting with the implementation of data software storage systems, and executing data transfers, review and analysis outcome for strategic planning, project management and implementation of actions and campaigns.

• Review and analyze all tracking reports and take actions if it’s need to be done
• Prepare business performance report to Line Manager on regular basis
• Fully assist to Line Manager which would be align with company’s goals
• Processes information and updates Sales and Service areas of the fundraising database from main sources
• In cooperation with numerous Stakeholders, Business Partners maintains Agent statuses and update database through reports and alerts
• Reports status at regular performances and achievements by daily, weekly and monthly basis (Sales, Revenue, Expenses, Payout etc.) to the Line Manager
• Conduct research and analyze competitors offering for comparison and competition
• Project Management by data analysis based on nature and mechanism of projects / campaigns and report to Line Manager along with suggestions/inputs
• Work together and keep alignment with existing Data Support Team
• Participates in departmental cross training programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or science specialized degrees associates with experience in the field.
• Minimum 3 years in Management Level and related field
• Must possess excellent computer skills, specifically with relational database applications; experience with Microsoft Office and The Raiser’s Edge is highly desired.
