  • Customer Service (Schedule, Docs, Surveys)
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, social media, and in-person communication
  • Prepare quotations, sales documents, and other required paperwork accurately
  • Maintain and update customer information and sales records
  • Keep up to date with vehicle models, market trends, competitors, pricing, and promotional activities
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as assigned
  • Participate in showroom activities, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, or B.A. in Korean is preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Support (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Diligent and eager to learn
