Job Description

  • To manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow, effective communication, and a well-organized environment, while also coordinating employee welfare activities to promote a positive work culture and staff well-being.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, office supplies, supervising cleaning and facilities management.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Manage filing systems, handle correspondence, and prepare reports as required.
  • Coordinate employee welfare programs, including health and wellness initiatives, team-building activities, and employee appreciation events.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, suggestions, and welfare-related matters.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and welfare benefits.
  • Monitor employee facilities such as the kitchen, canteen, and recreational areas to ensure they are well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with HR to address employee issues, resolve conflicts, and improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Serve as a bridge between staff and management to facilitate effective communication.
  • Update employees on company policies, events, and welfare programs.
  • Documentations, Handle the office expenses & office supplies, Transportation management
  • Monitor maintenance of vehicles.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of school items in coordination with the Operations team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Diploma or certification in office administration is an advantage.
• Excellent English Skill and Computer Skill.
• Proven experience supervising staff and managing office operations.
• Must have experience 3 years in Managerial role and prefer in Education  field .
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skill & Leadership skill
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
