Overview
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Tower Manager to handle daily building operations, tenant relations, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee building operations, cleanliness, and maintenance.

  • Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and service providers.

  • Manage tenant communication, requests, and complaints.

  • Supervise security, cleaning, and maintenance staff.

  • Monitor utilities, budgets, and building expenses.

  • Ensure safety, fire system readiness, and emergency procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in building/facility/property management.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Basic technical knowledge (electrical, AC, elevators).

  • Organized, responsible, and able to solve problems quickly.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in building, facility, or property management.

  • Strong knowledge of building operations (electrical, AC systems, elevators, fire systems).

  • Ability to supervise and manage security, cleaning, and maintenance teams.

  • Good communication skills in Myanmar and English.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent issues.

  • Must be responsible, trustworthy, and proactive.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facility Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
