  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

  • Manage administrative staff and coordinate their activities.

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning.

  • Implement and improve office policies, procedures, and systems link with the HR Team. 

  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and facility management.

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and corporate activities.

  • Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to enhance productivity.

  • Prepare reports and presentations related to office operations and performance metrics.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in office management or operations management.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
