Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • To answer daily incoming/outgoing phone calls politely.
  • To give information quickly and exactly to the related department from the incoming calls for customers’ questions and needs.
  • To make domestic/oversea travel arrangements together with Admin Manager for company staff or responsible person.
  • Managing office’s vehicles and meeting rooms.
  • To supervise the company’s drivers with the HO Admin Lead’s instruction.
  • To check the office’s equipment list and required documents and contact to Admin    Department for needs.
  • To welcome and escort guests to the related staff.
  • To make bookings of hotel, express, train and flight.
  • To organize drinking water, coffee and so on for the company’s guests.
  • To support the Admin Department with the administration works for smooth business.
  • To give warmly and fully service to the guests.
  • To supervise security cases, including fire protection at the office together with the Admin Manager.
  • To make your office’s surrounding area clean.
  • To keep Hana’s data and information surely.
  • To do assigned work from Management.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree holder
  • Minimum one to two years' experience in similar role
  • Good command of English (Spoken & Written)
  • Able to use MS Office Application, Internet & Email
  • Good communication, teamwork and public relations
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Good Typing in both English and Myanmar Font
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
