An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • To provide accurate information about flight bookings, check-in procedures, and airline policies.
  • To manage customer requests for changes, cancellations, and special service assistance (e.g., wheelchair, infant, meal requests).
  • To communicate politely and professionally to maintain the airline’s positive image.
  • Knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo is an advantage.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree or above in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales.
  • Experience in the FMCG, Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism or other service industries will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – clear, polite, and professional speech.

  • Fluency in English (and sometimes in other languages, depending on airline and location).
  • Good Computer Skills – able to use check-in systems, ticketing, and databases.
  • Customer Handling Skills – patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
  • Teamwork – ability to cooperate with other internal and external team.
  • Calm Under Pressure – handling delays, lost luggage, or upset passengers.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Friendly and approachable personality.
  • Good health and fitness.
