Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Manage the setup and master key pairing of new POS machines in secure room.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to POS terminals and QR systems
  • Prepare POS terminals and perform end-to-end transaction testing
  • Oversee QR stand production and ensure successful transaction validation
  • Package QR stands and POSM materials for logistics
  • Provide in-person and virtual training sessions after getting the appointment
  • Manage the outsourced POS installation vendors.
  • Coordinate with telecom providers for SIM activation, billing, and related issues
  • Collaborate with vendors for QR stand production and logistics.
  • Support new merchant onboarding in the onboarding system as needed
  • Working with internal and external cross-function teams

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the merchant services or financial services industry (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)

  • Familiarity with the merchant business, payment industry, and customer service practices

  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel

  • Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency

  • Good teamwork, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
