Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

•             Develop and implement air freight sales strategies to achieve business targets.

•             Identify and pursue new business opportunities

•             Build long-term relationships with key customers and accounts.

•             Resolve client concerns and provide post-sale support.

•             Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

•             Recommend pricing strategies and service improvements based on market feedback.

•             Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to management

•             Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses on air freight services, rates, schedules, and shipment status.

•             Prepare, review, and process shipping documents in compliance with regulations.

•             Track and monitor shipments, proactively updating customers on status and handling exceptions or delays.

•             Ensure accurate data entry into company systems and maintain proper shipment records.

•             Assist in resolving service issues, claims, and complaints in a professional manner.

•             Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support customer requirements.

•             Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer satisfaction.

•             Ensure compliance with airline regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.

Job Requirements

•             Working Days: Mon to Sat / 9AM – 5PM (Sunday and Public Holidays - OFF)

•             Education: Bachelor’s degree

•             Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in freight forwarding

•             Customer-oriented mindset

•             Problem-solving ability

•             Team player with proactive attitude

•             Proficient in English (spoken and written)

o             Able to communicate confidently with international clients, airlines, and overseas agents.

o             Capable of writing professional emails, proposals, and reports in English.

o             Comfortable in making sales presentations and participating in meetings conducted in English.
