We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Admin Executive – Medical Process to support the efficient administration and coordination of medical examination requirements for new business and underwriting cases. This role is responsible for ensuring timely issuance of MER/UWR letters, monitoring medical examination progress, maintaining accurate operational records and trackers, and coordinating with hospitals, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively while ensuring service quality, operational accuracy, and timely case completion.

  • Issue MER/UWR letters for new business, underwriting, and reinstatement cases.
  • Follow up on medical examination requirements and pending results.
  • Coordinate with hospitals, sales teams, and internal stakeholders on medical cases.
  • Maintain medical trackers, hospital records, and operational data.
  • Monitor case progress and turnaround time (TAT).
  • Prepare regular operational reports and case status updates.
  • Support VIP, group, special, and non-contracted hospital cases.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with relevant experience in operations, administration or insurance
  • With over 1 year of experience in operations administration, insurance operations, medical administration, customer service, or related fields.
  • Experience in Life insurance operations or underwriting support is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents, maintaining records, and tracking cases.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for daily reporting and case processing.
