Key Responsibilities:Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and recorded.Conduct weekly or monthly physical stock checks at the warehouse.Prepare and maintain orders, invoices, and sales contracts in a timely manner.Accurately update customer, order, and vehicle registration databases.Collect required documents from the sales team for initial vehicle registration.Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure timely vehicle registration and related processes.Prepare vehicle arrival and sales reports for relevant government organizations.Visit ports, vehicle loading/unloading points when necessary, and provide support and coordination.

Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).-Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.-Willingness to learn and adapt.
