Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • To check materials received from distributors to align with contract & payment. ( format, duration of each episodes)
  • To resume the materials (Videos, SRT, M&E, Scripts, Posters, pst, jpeg, ect) to single standard name
  • Be the first point of contact for media planning for all operational matters relating to the channels. To generate Program ID with guideline by the operation manager
  • To ensure short form (promo, teaser, highlight, cast interview, audience reaction, etc) are the same format titles as main programs
  • Ensure contact including its editorial metadata, technical data is packaged while adhering to technical and regulatory standards
  • Content Evaluation : organization of content inventory in our content management system, including acquisition data and editorial data
  • Maintaining clear concise and up to data documentation about the channels
  • To register materials in Chyro (Acquisition and Production Data)
  • To liaison between Acquisitions, Material Operation and Localization teams
  • To manage localization In/Out Data

Job Requirements

  • Experience in media industry is preferred
  • Focus Learner and smart good in organizing skills while there is multitask work urgency pressure
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Team player who can work alone by following the standard work pressure
  • Any Bachelor’s degree with relevant Diploma would be preferred
