Job Description:

The Operation Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the company's logistics operations, fleet maintenance, and driver team to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective transportation services. The role also provides administrative support, including maintaining operational records, coordinating general office administration activities, and supporting management in day-to-day office operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics Arrangement:
    • Plan daily transport schedules, allocate drivers, and coordinate with internal departments.
    • Handle urgent requests, resolve logistics issues, and maintain operational records.
    • Monitor transport expenses and source cost-effective vehicle rentals.
  • Fleet Repair & Maintenance Management:
    • Oversee vehicle safety, reliability, and preventive maintenance schedules.
    • Track maintenance history, costs, fuel use, and fleet utilization.
    • Conduct inspections, investigate breakdowns, and manage accident/damage claims.
  • Driver Team Management:
    • Supervise drivers, manage duty rosters, overtime, leave, and attendance.
    • Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety policies.
    • Train drivers on safe driving, customer service, teamwork, and handle incident investigations.
  • General Office Administration:
    • Handle day-to-day office operations, equipment maintenance, and event support.
    • Assist management and other departments with general administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of (3) years of proven experience in Fleet Management or the Logistics field.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts and mechanical operations.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Strong and quick problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in West Yangon District and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and collaborate with drivers.
