  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all Cafe outlets strictly adhere to brand standards, SOPs, and quality benchmarks through regular audits and performance reviews.
  • Employee Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training on systems and compliance while acting as the primary lead to resolve operational challenges , cooperate with HR Department
  • Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and execute regional sales strategies and data-driven improvements to boost revenue across all locations.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to launch promotional campaigns with digital and in-store initiatives.
  • Business Development: Identify expansion opportunities, conduct market analysis, and lead negotiations to onboard new franchise partners.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Bakery & Pastery , or related field (F&B industry preferred) 
  • 2+ years of experience in F&B or hospitality  
  • Proven track record in sales growth, marketing execution, and team leadership  
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills  
  • Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools
