Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner, ensure their needs are attended to, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  2. Maintain a clean and tidy reception area at all times.
  3. Manage and record all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, messages, and letters.
  4. Record and report daily and monthly attendance list of staff.
  5. Control the admin store for daily and monthly issue, including keeping records of medicine in/out, drinking water in/out, daily newspaper, and other supplies.
  6. Assist with daily administrative duties, such as filing, printing, scanning, and operations processes.
  7. Check, list, and maintain the office inventory fixed assets list and report to the Senior Operations Manager.
  8. Perform other special duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a similar role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Strong organizational and planning skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
  5. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, as well as experience in managing and supervising cleaning staff.
  6. Knowledge of inventory management techniques and tools, as well as experience in developing and implementing inventory management plans.
