  • Manage and achieve sales targets for Visa, Air Ticketing & Tour Packages.
  • Lead and supervise the Sales & Operations team.
  • Handle visa consultation, application processing and follow-up.
  • Manage air-ticket sales, group bookings, reissues, refunds and ticketing operations.
  • Manage tour sales, quotations, costing and tour operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, airlines and travel partners.
  • Monitor team performance, sales targets and profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues professionally.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Strong experience in Visa, Ticketing and Tour Operations.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
