Job Summary

The Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily store and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service. This role focuses on supervising staff, monitoring operational processes, and supporting the achievement of sales and service targets. The Operation Supervisor plays a key role in bridging management directives with frontline execution, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store and/or warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Support achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and operational excellence.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Oversee product handling, merchandising, inventory management, and replenishment processes.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, merchandising, and sales teams for smooth product flow.
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the implementation of promotional activities, displays, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication to the Operation Manager.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, FMCG, or warehouse supervision.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations, inventory flow, and customer service standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems, ERP/WMS, and MS Office applications.
