Job Description

An Operation Supervisor, duties will include reporting to the Operations Manager and Head of Operations and Management and developing new company policies. You may also be required to perform routine administrative tasks. To ensure success as an Operations Supervisor, you should demonstrate advanced operational competency, and excellent supervisory skills. Operations Supervisors are comfortable in leadership positions and have extensive operations management experience.

  • Preparing and supervising the Account Process and Flowstax process of Learning Academy
  • Supervising and managing the meeting room bookings.
  • Supervising the Learning Academy hostel as a Hostel Administrator [If any]
  • Arranging Cleaner Duty Assignments and Cleaning the Learning Academy Campus.
  • Arranging Employee Birthdays and Welfare parties (Invitations and present preparations).
  • Collecting funds for Monthly Birthday Parties and every welfare event.
  • Keeping records of Birthday fund usage.
  • Reporting monthly data to the Operation Manager for the Monthly Book of Work
  • Creating Power Point slide for Operations and Management team Achievement and Next plan
  • Collaborating on Operational Works
  • Assisting in implementation projects such as Core Banking, Lactation room, Child Care, etc.
  • Performing clerical and general office duties as needed.
  • Collecting and creating personal data of L&D members.
  • Supervising the Fixed Asset List (Collecting Ground stock and keeping records)
  • Preparing training logistics (Tickets and transportation).
  • Preparing hotel and hostel accommodations for trainers (Hotel Booking, etc.).
  • Supervising in opening/closing ceremonies, meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Supporting the Head of Operations and Management and Operations Manager as assigned.
  • Carrying out the duties under the head of L&D’s supervision

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of working experience with equivalent combination of experience in Human Resources Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent in MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
