• Work closely with operations manager and build customer relationships at operational levels within the customer, to ensure customer satisfaction and balance the customer’s needs with the company’s profitability.
• Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
• Communicate and prioritize tasks and report with Operations Manager and Senior Management.
• Create and generate reports for business expense, financial records and audits.
• Translate overall report from English to Chinese.
• Assist with other projects when needed.
• Communicate and cooperate with other departments, internal and external customers

Job Requirements

• Any graduate
• At least 2 years of experience of coordination experience in Logistics, Rail and Transportation, Warehouse Management,
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Skilled in all office software (FMS, WMS, CMS).
