• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations• Develop, document, and implement operational policies and procedures• Monitor operational performance and improve workflow efficiency• Handle emergency situations and support recovery operations when required• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials• Oversee inventory management and supply chain operations• Handle service issues, operational incidents, and related follow-ups• Liaise with government offices regarding operational and administrative matters• Manage lease agreements and property-related administrative tasks• Support fleet control and vehicle management (Cars & Motorcycles)• Undertake additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Job Requirements
• Any Graduate with relevant Diploma/Certificate holders preferred• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email• Ability to lead teams and work proactively with initiative⭐️ • Must be able to drive and manage operational vehicles effectively• Able to manage ground operations and fleet operations effectively⭐️ Candidates with Logistics, Cargo, Transportation, or Courier Service industry experience will be highly preferred.
