Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations:

•  Oversee showroom teams to drive sales targets, ensure brand presentation and display standards, manage stock requests, and handle escalated customer inquiries.  

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

•  Monitor stock levels (Min/Max/Reorder), enforce return/exchange policies, supervise stock-taking audits, and manage barcode/serial tracking via Odoo ERP.  

Logistics & Fleet Operations:

• Fleet management and delivery route optimization to ensure timely dispatches, returns, and service pickups.  

Financial Oversight & Administration:

• Direct cash collection processes, review cash books, manage AR/credit limits, approve operational expenses, and supervise facility/asset maintenance.  

Human Resources:

• Lead recruitment, conduct performance evaluations, enforce workplace compliance, and collaborate with HR on payroll accuracy.  

Service Management:

•  Build strong dealer relationships through market visits, streamline service spare parts inventory, and optimize internal operational workflows.
• Spare Parts & Inventory Control, Issue Resolution & Escalation, Supply Chain Coordination, Financial & AR Tracking, 
• System Optimization: Provide operational insights and guidance to optimize the Odoo Service Module for improved service workflow efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Operations Management, Branch Operations Management.  
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, financial administration, and team leadership.  
• Practical experience using ERP software (Odoo experience is preferred).  
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
