• Operational Track Record: Proven experience managing profit & loss (P&L), cross functional operations, multi-location logistics, and sizeable teams.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical background with hands-on experience using ERP platforms and advanced MS Excel for operational monitoring.

• Expansion Capabilities: Demonstrated success in branch development, operational improvement, and launching new market hubs.

• Leadership Style: High integrity, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving ability, with a track record of working closely and effectively alongside an business owner/founder.

• Note: Demonstrated leadership achievements and operational impact will carry greater weight than formal job titles or tenure.
