  • Customer Order များကို မှန်ကန်မြန်ဆန်စွာ Processing ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Order Status များကို Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
  • Customer Complaint နှင့် Order/Delivery ဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းရမည်။
  • Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Territory In-charge များနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်စွာ Coordination ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
  • Team Members များ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းများကို ကြီးကြပ်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းပြီးမြောက်မှုကို Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
  • Daily, Weekly နှင့် Monthly Reports များကို ပြုစုတင်ပြရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ တာဝန်ပေးအပ်သော အခြားလုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

  • ​​​​​​Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဘာသာရပ်ဖြင့် ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Order Processing, Sales Operations သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၂ နှစ် ရှိပြီး Supervisor Level အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  •  SAP Software နှင့် Microsoft Excel ကို ကောင်းစွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Communication, Problem-solving နှင့် Team Management Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
