Duties and Responsibilities:

- Executing promotions of products effectively and efficiently
- Providing fast and friendly service
- Responding pro-actively to prevent and resolve customer service situations
- Working with other District Managers and Corporate Office to generate sales volume growth
- Auditing and assessing outlet performance
- Enforcing health and safety rules
- Engaging in daily loss and waste prevention
- Ensuring all operational and personnel paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on time
- Ensuring adequate manpower by scheduling staff
- Interviewing, recruiting and hiring qualified candidates
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, warehouse and production center for the outlet’s requirements
- Maintain adequate inventory
- Managing leave applications
- Monitoring and controlling expenses
- Preparing monthly sales forecasts
- Producing daily business reports
- Tallying and verifying daily float amount
- Working with District Manager to improve problem areas in the outlets
- To assist in overall coordination of catering, events and functions
- Assisting any work station as and when required
- Developing Assistant Manager and Management Trainee through appropriate delegation and development plans
- Motivating staff to maintain and serve consistent quality products every time
- Orienting and overseeing the training of new recruits to the outlets
- Providing recommendations for promotions
- Educating all staff members on all products and service
- Overseeing drink making facilitating monthly re-certification process
- Ensuring that the store is clean & well merchandised
- Enforcing guidelines on music

Requirement:

- Diploma Level
- A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels
- Able to adapt to organizational changes and able to work under pressure
- Travel to all outlets throughout the country
