Responsible for Agent network play a crucial role in expending financial services, especially in regions where traditional banking is less accessible.

Responsibilities are fundamental to the success and scalability of KBZPay services, as helping digitalize cash transactions and bring financial services to users.

 

Facilitating Transaction and Volume

  • Agents carry out essential cash inflow and outflow functions, allowing customers (SA, Agents, Branches, Centers, and other point of sales) to deposit and withdraw cash to or from their mobile money account.

Customer Onboarding

  • Onboarding to new Agents, reactivating the inactive Agents, and maintaining existing current Agents to educate them to use the services effectively.

Building Trust

  • As the face of mobile money providers, Agents build trust and credibility with users, which is vital for the adoption of mobile money services.

Liquidity Management

  • Manage to Agents both cash and e-money to ensure they can meet the demands of cash-in / cash-out and fund-in / fund-out transactions.

Team Management

  • Manage respective team members and allocate team function and cooperate with Sales and Relationship team and Product and Service team.

Promoting Financial Inclusion

  • By being present in rural and hard-to-reach area, to help Agents and increase financial inclusion among populations that are typically underserved by banks.
  • Refine existing products by the company and define clear strategies to be effective in implementing all sales functions.

  • Supporting and Educating Agents

  • To provide Agents outgoing support and educate to Agents, helping them understand and navigate the Agent system.

  • Monitoring Team Achievement and usage

  • Coordinate and ensure mandates and other requirements preparation and dissemination within budget and evaluate sales outcomes as established in the sales plan.
  • Develop and contribute information, communicate recommendations for improvements of organizational, structural requirements, and other Agents components.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple tasks.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
  • Develop a detailed sales plan to monitor and track progress.

  • Data Analysis, Executing and Reporting

  • Using transaction data to collect insights into customers behavior and market trends.
  • Conduct research and analyze Competitors offering for comparison and counter act to the Competitors
  • Contribute to the Line Manager in Initiate, developing, executing, managing and driving sales campaigns
  • Analyze monthly performance reports and share the findings with all stakeholders to reach setting targets (Volumes and Values)
  • Review and analyze all tracking individually and take actions if it needs to be done
  • Lead, manage, coach, guide, and motivate to the Subordinates towards result-oriented team
  • Prepare business performance reports to Line Manager on regular basis.

  • Minimum 3 years in Sales environment and semi-Management Level
