1.Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for both aluminum and rebar product lines.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual and quarterly sales quotas for regions and individual sales representatives.
  • Set product pricing strategies in coordination with senior management to maintain profitability and market competitiveness.

2. Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance, productivity, and professional development.
  • Recruit, train, and coach new and existing sales personnel on product knowledge (aluminum and rebar specifications), sales techniques, and market best practices.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to assess progress against targets and provide constructive feedback.
  • Allocate sales territories and manage the team’s pipeline to ensure a balanced and healthy flow of opportunities.

3. Business Development and Client Relations

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including contractors, developers, engineering firms, architects, and distributors.
  • Act as the primary contact for high-value and strategic accounts, assisting the team with complex negotiations and closing large deals for aluminum and rebar supply.
  • Identify and secure new clients and projects through proactive business development, networking, and cold-calling efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and association meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

4. Operational and Financial Management

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, providing insightful analysis of sales performance and market conditions.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring seamless coordination with the logistics, production, and finance departments for on-time order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Monitor and manage receivables and credit control processes in line with company policy to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software effectively to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate performance metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the aluminum, rebar, steel, or general construction materials industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Deep technical understanding of aluminum and rebar products, specifications, and applications in the construction sector.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial reports.
