As a Partnership Associate in our Digital Wallet team, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and management of partnerships that drive our digital wallet services. You will work closely with senior team members to assist in developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with our business goals.

• Assist in identifying and onboarding new partners to expand our digital wallet ecosystem.
• Support the management of existing partnerships by maintaining regular communication and addressing partner needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner requirements are met and integrated smoothly into our services.
• Prepare reports and presentations to track partnership performance and outcomes.
• Assist in negotiating partnership terms and agreements under the guidance of senior team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.

• Any bachelor degree holder but preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of digital wallets, financial services, or fintech is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the partnership management field.

• Previous experience in partnership management, business development, sales and customer service can be advantageous.
