Responsible for planning, teaching and guiding children in a school setting. Need to teach a range of different sports, and provide young people with an opportunity to develop and improve their social and physical skills.
Demonstrate a commitment to implement the mission and vision of the school ensuring children are working towards the stated outcomes.
Ensure all subject related work is marked promptly and children are given feedback on how to make further progress.
Able to know what equipment are required, how to organize the activity and how to differentiate the skill.
Demonstrate the ability to evaluate personal performance and make adjustments to provide more effective learning program for the children if necessary.
Demonstrate a commitment to personal development through regular, active participation in professional development activities.
Implement school policies on supervising children’s behavior and welfare.
