  • Calendar and schedule management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the employer. 
  • Communication: Screen calls, manage emails and correspondence, and act as a first point of contact. 
  • Travel and logistics: Book flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements, and create itineraries. 
  • Administrative support: Take meeting minutes, prepare reports and presentations, and manage filing systems.
