Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
  • Receive visitors and organize meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain filing systems and document records.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Responsible for managing the Managing Director’s properties, including loan payment coordination.
  • Handled visa processing and flight ticket arrangements for the Managing Director and management team.
  • Arrange Transportation for overseas visitors.
  • Order/ Reserve lunch & Dinner MD and Guest.
  • Handling expenses claims for MD usage.

· Any Graduated
· Should be expert in communication in English
· Strong time management and able to work multi task and under pressure
· Good personality and ethic
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc)
· Shall work independently under challenging environment
