Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the Deputy CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and monitor follow-up actions

  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally

  • Maintain proper filing systems for confidential and important documents

  • Support the Deputy CEO in day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned

  • Assist in preparing, checking, and compiling procurement documents such as Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), quotations, tenders, and contracts

  • Coordinate supplier meetings, negotiations, and procurement-related discussions

  • Track procurement activities and prepare progress reports for submission to the Deputy CEO

  • Ensure procurement documents are properly recorded and filed

  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding procurement and management matters

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and procurement information

  • Carry out additional duties assigned by the Deputy CEO when required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
    (Experience in procurement-related work is an added advantage)

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, email, and documentation

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Myanmar

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Must be able to travel
