Job Description

Lesson preperation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment, such as computers and active board.
Revise lesson materials with students individually or in small groups during study hours.
Collaborate with head of school/ supervisor to recognize issues students are facing and recommand solutions.
Comply with school and class rules and regulations.
Enforce students to follow the rules and teach students proper behavior.
Attend all training classes, parent conferences, and faculty meetings.
Help supervise students in class, between classes, during lunch and reces, and on field trips.
Motivate and encourage students.
Help with school events, trips and activities.
Decorate the classrooms and maintain the class properties.

Job Requirements

Any Bechalor Degree holder.
Education and/or experience in early childhood preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Strong organizational and record keeping skills.
Follow the procedures, guidelines and policies.
Able to work under pressure, have good time management, maintain deadline and work independently.
Prefer to have relevant education certificate.
Must be a creative thinker.
Must be a team worker.
