Responsibilities
● Source and evaluate suppliers and collect quotations.
● Conduct price comparison and select the most competitive vendor.
● Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up for timely delivery.
● Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
● Monitor market trends and update price information.
● Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List.
● Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels.
● Prevent over-purchasing and stock shortages.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing
● Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is an advantage
