  • Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.
  • Assign and monitor team tasks to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor operational performance and resolve daily operational issues.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and operational resources.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
    Monitor attendance, discipline, and team performance.
    Coordinate with other departments to meet operational requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
