  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and supplier selection processes.
  • Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations for quality, reliability, and pricing, and negotiate contracts to ensure the best deal and pricing terms.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
  • Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics.
  • Preparing and managing purchase orders in accordance with the company's needs and budget
  • Monitoring and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Managing and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Managing relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance to terms of contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor information
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Assessing, managing and mitigating risks in procurement process
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.

  • Above three years of working experience in procurement ( Consumer and goods and Adminstration , Statinery puchasing )
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
  • Talent in negotiations and networking
  • Analytical thinking, aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data
  • Supplier management and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilites
  • Ability to work independntly and as part of a team
