Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Input and upload new product arrivals into the software accurately.
  • Assist in preparing and adjusting Purchase Orders (PO), Invoices, and monthly daily sales data reconciliation.
  • Regularly communicate with all branches to monitor sales conditions, stock statuses (fast/slow-moving), and collect feedback on new arrivals.
  • Support the procurement of 18K, diamonds, jewelry packaging accessories, and office supplies.
  • Assist the supervisor in coordinating with suppliers regarding delivery timelines, and handle quality control (QC) by reporting and resolving product errors.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate (related diploma Supply Chain Management or Logistics more prefer)
  • Age between 20 and 27.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in related field Procurement or Purchasing.
  • Jewelry background would be advantage.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a strong passion for Jewelry Design and basic computer literacy are welcome to apply.
