Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

This role holder needs to develop and manage a range of banking products and services that cater to the needs of retail customers. This would involve working closely with various teams within the bank, such as deposit, marketing, branch operations and other Bus & FCs, to identify customer needs, market trends, develop products and services that meet these needs.

  • Managing Product Management Life Cycles: Responsible for Analysing the customer lifetime  allows them to better prepare our marketing, sales, and customer service teams to turn one-time purchasers into loyal promoters to the entire lifecycle of retail products & services.
  • Developing and Implementing Product & Service Strategies: Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for product and service development, pricing, positioning, and promotion, to ensure that the bank is competitive in the market and meets the needs of its retail customers.
  • Monitoring and Analysing Product & Service Performance: Responsible for monitoring the performance of products and services, analysing both of branch’s employees and customers feedback, and using data to inform product development decisions and identify areas of improvement.
  • Ensuring and Analysing Product & Service Development: Strong understanding of retail banking products & services, as well as market trends, customer needs, analyse data and use insights to inform product development decisions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborating with other Bus & FCs: Work closely with other BUs & FCs including Branch Operation, Marketing & Communication and respective Product Owners to ensure that  products and services remain competitive and innovative, creating retail business plans and product road maps for new and existing products.
  • Process Improvement: Fearlessly and aggressively make suggestions and implement change regarding process and service improvements in order to smoothen operation.

Job Requirements

  • Degree In Business Management or Related Field
  • 5 years of experience in product development of banking/payment/Fintech.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Required language proficiency (Myanmar, English).
  • Strong Knowledge of retail banking product & service.
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other Bus & FCs
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and deliver value-added, needs-based
  • solutions.

  • Experience to drive end-to-end product management lifecycle.
  • Team members with a high cooperative attitude and proactive and able to work under pressure.
