Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

To lead the end to end design, development, regulatory alignment and operation execution of Agent Banking products and services to ensure seamless transaction workflows and compliance

Development

  • Collaboration with cross department, especially tech team for Agent Banking platform.
  • Compliance with CBM regulation and focus on end to end process.

System Integration & Testing

  • Working with internal team for system integration, enhancement and improvement.
  • Manage to internal customer for smoothly process of products.

Operational Oversight

  • Working with Credit Creation Function for Agent Loan.
  • Focus on more services and maintain SLA.

 

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Working with Credit, Deposit BU, TBBU for deposit, withdraw and remittance.
  • Working with Finance for Accounting flow and reconciliation.
  • Align with system BRD and check with CBM guideline.

Checking the UAT environment before every product kick off.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, FinTech, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • • 6+ years in digital banking, FinTech product Management, Agent Banking

  •
