Job Purpose

• Leading the Mini App Products lifecycle development and management of the product portfolio, ensuring that it meets user needs and business objectives. 
• Optimizing the value of Mini App products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and initiate the development of new and innovative products for KBZPay Mini App that drive value and revenue growth.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements and features for the KBZPay Mini App.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to release and post-release support.
• Clearly express Product Backlog items.
• Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and behavior, and use this information to inform product development decisions.
• Develop and maintain product specifications, wireframes, and other product documentation.
• Manage the Product Manager team and recruit, train, and manage a high-performing product team to deliver product development objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Works closely with BI team to integrate app analytics to global BI/Data framework
• A “growth hacking” role, using analytics and insights to improve existing features and customer journeys, implement new ones and define tactical campaigns to drive customer acquisition and activity.
• Use A/B testing and other techniques to optimize product features and user experience.
• Identify areas for growth and revenue expansion through analysis of product performance and user feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4 years’ and above experience in managing the products
• Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in the finance or e-commerce industry.
