  • Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for R&D initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with research and engineering teams to identify opportunities for new features, products, or improvements.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize product features, enhancements, and technical debt in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, prototyping, and testing to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Act as the primary liaison between R&D teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product success metrics.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to guide innovative product development.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager in a software development or R&D environment.
  • Experience working with engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver complex technical products.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools, project management software, and product analytics platforms.
  • Ability to analyze technical trade-offs, dependencies, and risks to make informed product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
