Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

The Product Operations Manager will drive growth in digital services by identifying, launching, and scaling new revenue-generating services across Digital, Direct Billing, and VAS, with a focus on MyTune/CRBT and other digital content. You will owe the entire process from spotting opportunities and building business cases to launching services and making sure they perform well in the market.

  • Identify and launch new digital services, mainly MyTune/CRBT and other digital content, and help them grow revenue.
  • Own the full lifecycle of new services – from idea, business case, and partner onboarding to launch and performance tracking.
  • Look for new opportunities by doing market research, checking competitors, and understanding customer needs.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new digital services with clear revenue goals.
  • Work with partners and platforms to onboard services smoothly.
  • Coordinate with Tech, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to launch and manage services.
  • Plan and run go-to-market activities, and lead testing to make sure new services are ready.
  • Track and optimize performance, revenue, and KPIs to make services better and more profitable.
  • Oversee live Digital, Direct Billing, and VAS services to ensure they run smoothly and meet quality standards.
  • Prepare reports and share updates and recommendations with management.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • 5+ years in digital products, VAS, direct billing, gaming, or platform services, with experience launching and growing new services, ideally digital content or CRBT/MyTune.
  • Good at researching the market, spotting opportunities, and building business cases.
  • Hands-on experience with launching services, tracking revenue, and improving performance.
  • Able to work with different teams and partners to deliver services end-to-end.
  • Experience in go-to-market planning, testing, and service launch.
  • Hungry for growth and revenue, always looking for new opportunities.
  • Positive, proactive, and independent, with good communication and partner management skills.
