  1. Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve sales and market share targets.
  2. Prepare and execute annual marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
  4. Plan and manage new product launches and brand positioning.
  5. Provide product training and marketing support to the sales team.
  6. Organize CME programs, symposiums, and promotional activities for healthcare professionals.
  7. Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
  8. Monitor product performance and marketing budget utilization.

Job Requirements

  1. Performance Bachelor Degree MBBS or B.Pharm.
  2. Over 2 years experiences in pharmaceutical field and marketing.
  3. Core knowledge about marketing-related subjects such as consumer behavior, marekting strategy, market research.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
  5. A proven track in building brands and launching new products.
  6. Enable to interact positively and work coorperatively with organization.
  7. Ablility to work under pressure.
  8. Must be able to travel.
  9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
