Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. 
  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process to fulfill factory manpower requirements. 
  • Supervise attendance, leave, overtime, and monthly payroll processes. 
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. 
  • Coordinate performance appraisals, emplxoyee confirmation, promotion, transfer, and resignation processes. 
  • Plan and coordinate employee training, orientation, and development programs. 
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Myanmar Labor Laws and company regulations. 
  • Manage employee welfare activities and factory HR administration. 
  • Prepare regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and manpower status. 
  • Lead and supervise HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment. 
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or team management experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Laws and HR practices. 
  • Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple HR functions effectively.
  • Can stay at Hmawbi Factory.
