Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Lead and oversee daily manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of pesticides, fertilizers, and other agrochemical products.
Supervise the production floor to meet targets according to the production plan, ensuring all orders are completed within the deadlines set.
Provide clear guidance and direction to production staff, fostering a collaborative environment and conducting necessary on-job training.
Monitor production lines in strict accordance with Quality Control (QC) systems to maintain product standards and minimize waste.
Oversee machinery operations to ensure smooth performance and strictly enforce safety regulations (PPE, chemical handling) to prevent workplace hazards.
Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly production reports to the management, detailing output, downtime, and resource usage.
Identify bottlenecks in the production line and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, or a related field (Prior experience in Agrochemicals is highly preferred).
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a production or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of chemical mixing processes, bottling/packaging machinery, and safety protocols for hazardous materials.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team, resolve conflicts, and motivate workers under high-pressure situations.
• Excellent monitoring and problem-solving skills to maintain quality standards and troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Proficient in reporting and communication, with the ability to explain technical instructions clearly to the team.
• Must be fit to work in a factory environment and possess a strong commitment to occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
