Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Lead and oversee daily manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of pesticides, fertilizers, and other agrochemical products.
  • Supervise the production floor to meet targets according to the production plan, ensuring all orders are completed within the deadlines set.
  • Provide clear guidance and direction to production staff, fostering a collaborative environment and conducting necessary on-job training.
  • Monitor production lines in strict accordance with Quality Control (QC) systems to maintain product standards and minimize waste.
  • Oversee machinery operations to ensure smooth performance and strictly enforce safety regulations (PPE, chemical handling) to prevent workplace hazards.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly production reports to the management, detailing output, downtime, and resource usage.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the production line and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • •    Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, or a related field (Prior experience in Agrochemicals is highly preferred).
  • •    At least 3–5 years of experience in a production or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • •    Strong understanding of chemical mixing processes, bottling/packaging machinery, and safety protocols for hazardous materials.
  • •    Proven ability to lead a diverse team, resolve conflicts, and motivate workers under high-pressure situations.
  • •    Excellent monitoring and problem-solving skills to maintain quality standards and troubleshoot machinery issues.
  • •    Proficient in reporting and communication, with the ability to explain technical instructions clearly to the team.
  • •    Must be fit to work in a factory environment and possess a strong commitment to occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
