Job Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all production activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing of dairy products International Brand while meeting production targets and company standards.

  • Plan and organize production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Manage budgets and monitor production costs.
  • Enforcing policies and regulations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to supervisors, operators, and workers to achieve production targets.
  • Ensure effective and efficient use of raw materials, equipment, and manpower by all team members.
  • Identify and manage production risks.
  • Monitor equipment and schedule routine maintenance.
  • Track progress with reports and communicate with senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry, Food Science and Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in good processing industries with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, and cost management.
