Production Manager at a Successful Fishing Company in Yangon

  • Managing the production operation process and planning production schedules
  • Up to 1,500,000 MMK + other allowance

 

About the Company

 

Our client is fast growing among other food production companies and specialized in high quality fish and other seafood production

 

The Role

  • Mainly responsible for Cold Store and Fishery processing, effective monitoring of the manufacturing process in the factory
  • Implement and procedures to ensure manufacturing operations of the factory meets production plans, product quality and cost standard the working conditions
  • To ensure for safety working environment at the factory, implement safety programs and compliance with HACCP and GMP’s
  • Managing operators, process flow and back office in factory
  • Report Directly to MD

Job Requirements

  • 5 years and above experience in cold storage factory and surimi food production area
  • Bachelor of Degree, Diploma or Degree in related field
  • Prefer industrial background in Seafood, VAP Seafood, Drinking Water production management and other FMCG production
  • Must understand and could use HACCP, ISO, GMP
  • Intermediate English level and good people management skill
