Position Purpose / Context

Be responsible and accountable for whole CCPBM infrastructure plan, manufacturing and logistic master plan and infrastructure LRP and EBP CAPEX plan. Lead all CCPBM supply chain CAPEX projects and support other function from project management and engineering consultancy perspective. Lead packaging innovation in CCPBM.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Work with BIG COE and CCPBM supply chain director and function heads on CCPBM long term infrastructure plan (10 years IP study) and 5 years master plan (both manufacturing & logistic), work with finance BP on LRP and EBP CAPEX plan. Work out yearly, quarterly and monthly project plan
• Lead all CCPBM supply chain CAPEX project, including RFA (Request for Approval), RFI (Request for Information)/RFP(Request for Proposal), score card, contract, PR/PO, project execution management (budget, schedule, safety, quality, change, etc.), project acceptance and snag list, GR and payment, capitalization, warranty, SRM (supplier relationship management)
• Lead all packaging innovation in CCPBM, including PET preform/closure light weighting, preform/closure innovation design (tether closure, 26/22 finish, etc.), shrinking film and stretch film innovation (thickness reduction), labelers design, CAN light weighting (Sleek/Slim CAN), CAN paper/carton packaging, RGB bottle/crown light weighting, ASSP, new bottle design (downsize, OBPPC), etc.
• Support CCPBM other function on project management and engineering consultancy, including all civil work, architecture design, HR and sales facilities, etc.

Analysis

• Have to align BIG COE, CCPBM SLT and OU on CCPBM long term (up to 10 years) infrastructure plan
• Have to work out CCPBM LRP and EBP CAPEX plan and get alignment with BIG COE, CCPBM supply chain and CCPBM finance
• Have to work out CCPBM SC master plan and get alignment with BIG COE and CCPBM supply chain
• Have to manage all CCPBM supply chain CAPEX projects well from bidding to acceptance, including within budget, on schedule, meet quality and safety requirement, specification compliance, properly handover, etc
• Get support from BIG SC COE, procurement team and key OEM to drive CCPBM packaging innovation, contribute to CCPBM sustainability transformation and total SC cost continuously improvement

Technical Competencies:

• End to end supply chain knowledge, including procurement, manufacturing, QSE, logistic
• Good understanding of beverage industry production lines, processing system, packaging technology, QSE compliance, logistic model and technology, power supply and utilities, building and other facilities
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong supplier/contractor management skills and experience
• Be aware of and be interested in beverage industry technology innovation
• Basic finance knowledge
