• Inspect works for MEP relating in compliance to design.
• Validate design issues and suggest alternative solutions to aid in corrective works.
• Execute site assessments to monitor quality and compliance for engineering works being executed.
• Coordinate with other trade of works and system integrated works to prepare for the installation and
commissioning of the MEP works.
• Inspect shop drawings, monitor and control the work progress on site accordingly.
• Inspect project site to monitor progress and ensure quality conformance to design specification and safety
or sanitation standards.
• Inspect and evaluate the working area to be safe working condition.
• Coordinate with other trade of work engineering team for constructability in terms of design and
construction on site.
• Report daily progress and site status to project manager.
• Coordinate with quantity surveyor in verifying quantities of materials, equipment or labor for the assigned
work packages.
• Assist project manager in preparation for construction project documentations.
• Assist project manager in coordinating on site with the contractors and solve discrepancies and constraint
on site proactively.
• Follow up with the contractors’ sectional schedule and control work progress accordingly.
• Prepare sectional coordinated schedule and monthly progress for assigned works.
• Follow up on site instructed works for the need of both management and construction engineering under
the approval of project management.
• Issue NCR for non-conformance quality and follow up rectification action on site.
• Coordinate with team for general office works.
• Attend project weekly meetings and progress meetings assisting to project manager to prepare and
distribute meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with document controller to keep project documents updated and register.
• Performs any other related duties and responsibilities consistent with the job title.

• Bachelor of engineering (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
• ME (Electrical Engineering)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Site Engineer, Project QA/QC Engineer for residential projects and
preferable healthcare projects
