• Supervise and manage daily construction site activities.

• Monitor and control labor and project costs.

• Source and coordinate with subcontractors for project execution.

• Manage internal tender processes and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.

• Prepare and review project quotations and cost comparisons.

• Prepare and submit bill claims related to project work.

• Coordinate and negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained on site.

• Monitor subcontractor work progress to ensure compliance with project timelines.

• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress reports for management.

• Perform other related engineering tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or project engineering.

• Able to travel when required for project sites.

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (2D/3D), and project management tools.

• Knowledge of SketchUp software is an advantage.

• Ability to prepare and calculate project cost estimates.

• Basic knowledge of construction materials and site management.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
