  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.  
  • Interact with the contractors to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.  
  • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.  
  • Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.  
  • Analyze progress reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.  
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with respective department to complete projects in time.  
  • Review deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Job Requirements

  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email etc.,.)  
  • Familiarity with construction project management best practices and performance standards  
  • Excellent project management and supervision skills 
  • Decision making ability and leadership skills  
  • Time management and organization skills  
  • Age between (25 to 35)  
  • English communication skills and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work tide pressure and time frame. 
  • Civil engineering degree holder is more preferable
